In this course, students will be exposed to the fundamentals of Carnatic music and Guitar fingering techniques. On the completion of this course, students will be ready to play simple carnatic songs (Krithis) on the guitar. This course would give the students a great head start on the techniques of playing the Indian Carnatic Music on a modern western instrument thereby making the course unique.

This course is for students looking for quicker approach to Guitar learning. This course is a mix of Western classical and Carnatic training on Guitar where students will learn the basics of both these genres including the major and minor scales, chords, varisaigal, geethams. On the completion of this course, students would be ready to play Jingles, simple Indian film themes and simple background scores. In the intermediate and advanced levels of this course, students will be trained to play classic Indian film music compositions on the Guitar.

The Western Guitar course is aimed at creating a versatile performer. The objective of these courses is to learn different genres and styles of music like Rock, Blues, Funk, etc., on the guitar that enables a musician to use these skills both in sessions playing or on the stage. An understanding of these styles not only helps students in pursuing independent music but also makes a student a complete guitarist. The course can take in students at very basic levels and then progress them to more advance concepts and techniques over five distinct levels of learning.
