Arul Pragasam

Arul Pragasam is a playback singer from South India. Right from a very young age, Arul was inclined toward singing and performing in front of an audience. He started learning Carnatic vocals under the guidance of veteran musicians like Kalaimamani Shri. Ramanabharathi and Shri.S.Nagai Bashiyam. His aspiration to become a playback singer bought him to Chennai where he worked as a Music instructor at the esteemed Velammal School. He partnered with multiple bands and performed at several concerts around the country. He later went on to contest on the National television show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa by Zee Tamil. He made it to the top 8 in the contest and was appreciated by top artists like Haricharan, Vijay Prakash and also by great music directors like Yuvan Shankar Raja and D. Imman to name a few. Arul Pragasam is now a prominent singer in the music industry. He was titled Mannin Kural (Voice of the land) by Zee Tamil. He is also actively performing with his band "Soulusion" around the world. He has toured with various bands to different parts of the world like Kuwait and Malaysia. His recent single "Theeradha Kadhal" has clocked half a million views. He spends his time teaching students across the globe, both online and offline.
