Dhashani Ganesalingam
Dhashani Ganesalingam started learning vocal music at the age of 3 under Smt. Shivamany Chellaiyah. She also started learning Violin under Smt. Kanagamani Vijayndra later continued her musical journey under Smt. Vijayalakshmi Kulaveerasingam. At the age, of 6, Dhashani was under the tutelage of Sri Sampagodu Vighnaraja, a Carnatic Vocalist, Flutist, and popular Music Composer. Dhashani gave her first solo performance at the age of 9 and won many competitions from there on. She participated in the competition held by the Indian High Commission with Astro in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and also won the competition. She has performed numerous concerts in Malaysia, Singapore, Melbourne, Chennai, and Thanjavur. Apart from vocal concerts, she has also accompanied a few dance programs for Natyanjali, Chinnamelam, and Thiagaraja Aradhana to name a few.
