Thanushree is a contemporary Western, Rock/Pop & Fusion vocalist with a good sense of pitch, rhythm, dynamics, timbre, and harmony. She is a certified guitarist and vocalist from Trinity College of Music and takes interest in arranging and writing music. Learning Carnatic music since the age of five, she has never hesitated to delve into new genres and departments of music. She is a part of Pravin Saivi’s vocal ensemble which specializes in Acapella style of music and had the privilege of performing alongside reputed veena vidwan Kalaimamani Rajhesh Vaidhya. Thanushree has also interned with Mr. Shabir Tabare Alam learning the nuances of film music production and programming. She has always been fascinated by the concept of how noise could be changed into something adorable with the right technique and a creative mind and strongly believes that the human voice, be it in any form must be heard and validated.
