Jayasree Sampath
Mrs. Jayashree is a highly talented young vainika and Carnatic Veena player. She is a prime disciple of Smt. Rajeswary Padmanabhan, is a diploma-certified guru from the well-known Kalakhetra, Adyar, Chennai. She has trained and nurtured more than 70 students from various backgrounds and cultures. She has been teaching the Carnatic veena to students with great interest and involvement, and with a strong emphasis on the fundamentals of classical music.
