This course is a mix of Western classical and Carnatic training on Guitar where students will learn the basics of both these genres including the major and minor scales, chords, varisaigal, geethams. On the completion of this course, students would be ready to play Jingles, simple Indian film themes and simple background scores. Fundamental lessons and fingering techniques. It also invloves right and left hand exercises. - Basic Major and Minor Scales

Overview
This course is an intermediate level training in the key concepts Western and Carnatic music, thereby getting the students ready to play Indian film songs. This course also involves Thala/Tempo training, training in important Raags and Scales and training selected film songs. On completion of this course, students will be ready simple to intermediate level film songs on the Guitar.Prerequisites

Lessons that involve tempo exercises thereby improving the rhythm skills of the students. - Carnatic Training

Exposure to some basic raagas of carnatic music, fundamentals and playing techniques. - Simple Film Songs
Difficulty: MediumDuration: 10 hours
A minimum of 5 simple film songs in major and minor scales.
Overview
This course provides training in advanced instrument handling techniques that includes Gamaka/Sliding, Aesthetics training and Song Presentation methods. In this course, students will also learn 5 Indian film classics selected by the Guru and 5 songs of the student's choice. By the end of this course and a few years of dedicated practise, the students will be ready to play any film song with ease as the students are trained in the basics of both Western and Indian forms of music.Prerequisites
Students who have been trained in atleast any one form of Guitaring upto Intermediate level and above.Syllabus

The system has an in-built video call classroom that works on the all major browsers. All you need is a laptop/desktop with camera and microphone attached and any one of the above mentioned browsers installed.
If you wish you take the classes on your phone, you can use the Bmusician app. Bmusician App is available both on Android and iOS.
There are basically two ways to get started with the classes. Live 1-to-1 or a Shared Slot. In case of LIVE 1-to-1, you can click the Enrol button below, tell us your time preferences i.e. when you will be free to take up the classes. We will allocate you a Teacher and Timeslot based on your preferences.
For Shared slots, you can click on the Teachers tab above, click the instructor you are interested in and select a timeslot that suits you and complete enrollment.
