About the Course

Musicians or beginners interested in learning the Carnatic violin can participate in the live musical classes at BMusician. As a future violinist, you need to develop a few basic skills and techniques, like sound musical knowledge, rhythm, sharper listening skills, and the ability to reproduce the same on the instrument. Therefore, as part of the Carnatic violin lessons for beginners, we train students in Carnatic Vocals so they can understand and produce the rhythms on the instrument. Additionally, your sitting position to hold the violin will be monitored and perfected. All instrument fundamentals are imparted through live classes and 1-on-1 lessons. For example, bowing techniques or the contact points on the strings for producing a pleasant sound, and so on. Your progress will be assessed and certified before you move on to the next level of learning.

Some of the best violinists in the industry conduct our online Carnatic violin classes. Our faculty members are renowned for their achievements in the same field. Under their guidance, you will gradually develop a solid musical foundation, learn to respect the importance of technique, and, most importantly, fall in love with the Carnatic violin.

Student Testimonials

Our students’ testimonials and feedback reflect the unwavering commitment of the trainers and musical gurus to excellence. Their experience attests to the transformative potential of BMusician’s online musical classes and quality education.

" I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the Guru and the supporting staff for all the help. We were initially apprehensive as to how long distance learning would work out, but all our concerns were alleviated within the first couple of sessions.
We have been so fortunate to have Guru Smt Bhooma Sriram teaching violin to our son Sameth Sitaram. She goes the extra mile to ensure that Sameth understands the theory behind raagas and thalas during the violin sessions. She usually sings the varnams or kritis and encourages Sameth to follow on violin. This is giving him a different perspective and wonderful learning experience.
Looking forward to a prolonged learning endeavor with Bmusician and the respected Guru.
Thanks and Regards,
Sreedhar"

Very good and effective class. Im encouraged by teacher to play from memory rather than referring to notes, and to practice basic lessons too in different ragas.
