This course provides training in advanced instrument handling techniques that includes Gamaka/Sliding, Aesthetics training and Song Presentation methods. In this course, students will also learn 5 Indian film classics selected by the Guru and 5 songs of the student's choice. By the end of this course and a few years of dedicated practise, the students will be ready to play any film song with ease as the students are trained in the basics of both Western and Indian forms of music.

Prerequisites

Students who have been trained in atleast any one form of Guitaring upto Intermediate level and above.

Syllabus

An introduction to important concepts that are mandatory to understand before going into the advanced level.

Intricacies and nuances of Rhythm and Tempo to handle numbers in different complicated time signatures

Gamakas/slides techniques, Aesthetics Training and Song Presentation techniques.

Lengendary compositions by RD Burman, Ilaiyaraja, A R Rahman and more mordern age music directors.

A maximum of 5 songs of the student's choice.

The system has an in-built video call classroom that works on the all major browsers. All you need is a laptop/desktop with camera and microphone attached and any one of the above mentioned browsers installed.
If you wish you take the classes on your phone, you can use the Bmusician app. Bmusician App is available both on Android and iOS.
There are basically two ways to get started with the classes. Live 1-to-1 or a Shared Slot. In case of LIVE 1-to-1, you can click the Enrol button below, tell us your time preferences i.e. when you will be free to take up the classes. We will allocate you a Teacher and Timeslot based on your preferences.
For Shared slots, you can click on the Teachers tab above, click the instructor you are interested in and select a timeslot that suits you and complete enrollment.
